These Terms govern your use of nullrpc: the RPC endpoints (such as eth.nullrpc.dev and hoodi.nullrpc.dev), the account app at app.nullrpc.dev, the status page and this website (together, the Service). Please read them with our Privacy Notice.
1. Who we are
nullrpc is operated by Kindynos, a company incorporated in Mexico (Kindynos, we, us).
Legal name: Grupo Kindynos, S.A.P.I. de C.V.
RFC (Mexican tax ID): GKI180321CW7
Registered address: Sierra Ventana 419, Lomas 3a Sección, 78210 San Luis Potosí, S.L.P., Mexico
You accept these Terms when you sign in to the app and confirm them, or when you otherwise use the Service. If you use the Service for an organization, you accept them for that organization and confirm you may bind it. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
We may change these Terms. We will publish the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, ask you to accept it in the app before you create keys or payments. Changes do not apply to a plan period you have already paid for, unless the law requires them.
3. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
You may not use the Service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine), or if you, or anyone you act for, are listed on a sanctions list of Mexico, the United Nations, the United States (including OFAC's SDN list), the European Union or the United Kingdom.
We screen wallet addresses against sanctions lists (using the Chainalysis sanctions oracle) when you sign in, when you pay and periodically afterwards, and we block access from sanctioned places. We may refuse, suspend or close an account to comply with sanctions or other laws. Where the law prohibits a refund to a sanctioned person, none will be made.
4. The Service
nullrpc answers JSON-RPC requests with data from public blockchains (archive history and the latest blocks) and can forward transactions that you have already signed to a third-party transaction relay.
We never hold your funds or your private keys and we cannot sign, reverse, cancel or recover transactions. Blockchains are operated by third parties; we do not control them.
We may change the Service, add or remove methods or networks, and change rate limits and the free and keyless tiers. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce a paid plan you have bought.
5. Your account and API keys
You sign in with an Ethereum wallet. Keep your wallet and your API keys secure: anyone with a key can use your plan's credits. Revoke a key in the app if it leaks.
You are responsible for all use of the Service under your account and keys.
6. Plans, credits, prices and taxes
Usage is measured in credits; the credits of each method, and each plan's credits and rate limit, are shown on this website and in the app. A plan stops at its monthly credits; there are no overage charges.
Paid plans are bought in advance for 1, 6 or 12 periods of 30 days. They do not renew automatically. When paid time ends, the account returns to the Free plan.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Taxes that apply to you (for example Mexican IVA, or VAT for consumers in the European Union) are calculated from the billing details you give and shown, with the total, before you pay. You must give accurate billing details.
You pay in USDC on Ethereum, from the wallet you signed in with, to the address shown in the app. Network fees are yours. A plan starts when the payment is confirmed on-chain. An invoice is available in the app for each payment; customers in Mexico may request their CFDI.
7. Refunds and withdrawal
When you pay, you ask for your plan to start immediately. You may then withdraw from a plan purchase within 14 days of payment, for any reason, whether you buy as a consumer or for a business:
We refund the part of the plan you have not used, in proportion to the time left. For example, withdrawing 3 days into a plan of 30 days refunds 27/30 of the amount paid, tax included.
Consumers in Mexico who withdraw within 7 days of payment get a full refund (at least the 5 business days of article 56 of the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor).
For consumers in the European Union, the EEA and the United Kingdom, this is the right of withdrawal of Directive 2011/83/EU (and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations). Because you asked for the plan to start immediately, you pay for the time used before you withdraw.
To withdraw, use Withdraw next to the payment in the app's Payments tab, or write to legal@nullrpc.dev with the invoice number. You may also use this model statement: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: [plan, invoice number], paid on [date], wallet [address].”
The withdrawal applies to the account's latest plan payment; the plan time that payment bought ends when you withdraw, and the account returns to its earlier paid time or to the Free plan.
Refunds are sent in USDC to the wallet that paid, within 14 days of the withdrawal.
After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
A payment that can no longer buy the chosen plan (for example because a higher plan started meanwhile) is kept as account credit.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
break any law, or evade sanctions, export controls or anti-money-laundering rules, including by hiding your location (for example with a VPN) to reach the Service from a sanctioned place;
attack, overload or disrupt the Service or others, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
get around rate limits, quotas, keys or other controls, for example by spreading requests over many accounts or keyless clients;
resell or share access to the Service as a standalone RPC product without our written agreement;
infringe the rights of others.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close your account, or revoke keys, if you break these Terms, if required by law or sanctions, or to protect the Service or others. Unless the law prevents it or the breach is serious, we will tell you why. If we close your account without cause, we refund the unused part of your paid plan.
10. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and correct, but we do not promise any uptime and there is no service-level agreement unless we sign one with you. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, failures of providers or networks, or events beyond our control.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Blockchain data may be delayed, incomplete or reorganized; check data that matters before you rely on it. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Consumers keep the legal guarantees their law gives them.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Kindynos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or digital assets, including losses from transactions you sign or send. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury, nor do they reduce the rights of consumers under mandatory law.
13. Indemnity
If you use the Service for a business, you will defend and indemnify Kindynos against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Service.
14. Intellectual property
The Service, the nullrpc name and logo, and this website belong to Kindynos or its licensors. Blockchain data is public and not ours. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of Mexico, and disputes are subject to the courts of the city of San Luis Potosí, S.L.P., Mexico. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims before its courts. Consumers in Mexico may also contact the Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO).
17. General
If part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in force. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them to a successor of the Service. These Terms are available in English and Spanish; for consumers in Mexico, the Spanish version prevails.
Aviso legal
Denominación social: Grupo Kindynos, S.A.P.I. de C.V.
RFC: GKI180321CW7
8. Uso aceptable
No debe usar el Servicio para:
violar la ley, o evadir sanciones, controles de exportación o normas contra el lavado de dinero, incluido ocultar su ubicación (por ejemplo, con una VPN) para acceder desde un lugar sancionado;
atacar, saturar o interrumpir el Servicio o a terceros, o buscar vulnerabilidades sin nuestro permiso por escrito;
eludir límites, cuotas, claves u otros controles, por ejemplo repartiendo solicitudes entre muchas cuentas o clientes sin clave;
revender o compartir el acceso al Servicio como producto RPC independiente sin un acuerdo por escrito;
infringir derechos de terceros.
